Cancelling before dispatch

An order can be cancelled any time before it ships. Most orders ship within 24 hours of payment clearing, so contact theteam@mygarden.in.th with the order number as soon as possible. A 12.5% service and processing fee applies to cancellations. Once picking and packing have started, the order can no longer be cancelled and is handled under the return terms below instead.

Changing your mind

Products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase, for an exchange or refund not including the original product handling and shipping fee.

To be accepted, a change-of-mind return needs: the product purchased within the last 15 days, the product in its original packaging, and the receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase from this website. We cannot accept returns of items bought from a third-party retailer.

A non-refundable amount of $29 per order (which covers the initial product packing and handling fee) applies, and the item must be shipped back to the original warehouse the parcel was sent from at the purchaser's cost, when the return reason is: a better price found elsewhere, a change of mind, the item does not fit, it is no longer needed, or the wrong item was ordered.

Faulty, damaged, incomplete or wrong items

Tell us straight away if a parcel arrives damaged, an item is missing parts, the wrong product was sent, or the order never arrives. Send the order number and photographs of the item and the packaging. In these cases we arrange the return at our cost and put it right.

Refunds

An approved refund is processed 24 to 48 hours after the returned item reaches us, back through the original payment method (card or PayPal), or may be held as credit against a future purchase if you request it.

Starting a return

Email theteam@mygarden.in.th with the order number, the product and the reason. Do not send card details or payment credentials by email.
